I challenge all state employees to lose at least ten pounds . I know it is sometimes hard to eat health with the hours we work at NORCE but we can with a little effort.

I would like to be a part of an organized daily or weekly walk for ladies somewhere in Enid. Maybe on the square or at Govnt Springs park on my lunch break 11:30-12:30 with other ladies.

I want to welcome and encourage all who joined E-Loseit as they started the biggest loser program at Vance AFB. Since having the privilege to speak to you on January 5th about my own personel journey to a new lifestyle, there have been 119 people join the E-loseit program. I wish everyone a " THIN 2010" If I can do it you can do it.

I have been very convicted by my kiddos-- it is so easy to talk about all the good habits they should have in their life, but being a living example is a different story. I want to be able to say: do as I say AND as I do!

I, too, am surprised how little some people know about nutrition in general. Joining the Biggest Loser at Vance has given me the incentive to stay on track.
