I ACTUALLY STARTED MY ATTACK ON FAT 3 MONTHS AGO. I'VE GONE TO THE Y AND TRIED TO CUT DOWN ON MY NO-SO-HEALTH EATING. MY TRAINER MEASURED ME A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND I'VE LOST 13% OVERALL. SO YOU REALLY DO NEED TO EXERCISE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. MY GOAL IS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 5K GREAT LAND RUN IN SEPT.

I hope everyone takes advantage of this tool to help there selfs. i have lost 130 lbs and going to use this to keep me moving in the right direction. 55 lbs to my first goal weight
