Here is a weight loss idea I had run across on the Internet....I think it is a great idea and hope you do it...
For every pound you loose donate one can of food to the food bank in your town. In fact here is my idea.....get on your bike and ride to the food bank to donate the can....now you are getting exercise, helping someone, being green, and making the world a better place.

I finally succumbed and joined Weight Watchers on line. It's working, it's easy, and I feel like I eat all the time. Keeping track of what I eat really helps.

Week 2 was more challenging than the first week. I found it harder to exercise toward the end of the week. Maybe I worked too hard in the beginning of the week. I am still doing well exercising, but I need to make smarter food choices. I don't want to let my team down!
