Just joined and hoping this will help keep me motivated and on track. I have 50-75 pounds to lose so hoping this will help me accomplish that goal. Good luck to everyone!

I joined the biggest loser at Vance and then came to E-fit. With all of the information that is available on the internet and in magazines and on TV, it still amazes me how little some people know about healthy weight loss. I had WLS in Sept. and have another 40 pounds to lose. I have no support at home, so hoping to find others that understand what it is like to want to get healthier!

Today I weighed in for the Vance biggest loser competition. This is the second year I have participated and I am excited about getting started. The last two competions I realize I didn't really set clear reasonable goals but this time around I am focused and ready to get fit. My goal is 10% for total loss, that adds up to 10lbs. a month and that is a healthy reasonable loss. My goal for this week is 2lbs. One day at a time on my way to health and happiness!

If I can do it I KNOW the rest of you can!! Treat yourself (not with food) when you reach set goals. I've lost 15 pounds.. and now have a new digital camera!

Every Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:20 pm, Stroller Fit offers Enid Moms a way to get a cardio & strength/conditioning class while bonding with baby and friends.  Meet at Government Springs Park North to get Stroller Fit!

StrollerFit offers you and your baby a 50-minute stroller fitness workout! In a safe and interactive stroller fitness class, parents use strollers, resistance training and body weight to achieve muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. Children are entertained by songs, nursery rhymes, visual stimulation and activities.
