I joined the biggest loser at Vance and then came to E-fit.
With all of the information that is available on the internet and in magazines and on TV, it still amazes me how little some people know about healthy weight loss.
I had WLS in Sept. and have another 40 pounds to lose. I have no support at home, so hoping to find others that understand what it is like to want to get healthier!

Today I weighed in for the Vance biggest loser competition. This is the second year I have participated and I am excited about getting started. The last two competions I realize I didn't really set clear reasonable goals but this time around I am focused and ready to get fit. My goal is 10% for total loss, that adds up to 10lbs. a month and that is a healthy reasonable loss. My goal for this week is 2lbs. One day at a time on my way to health and happiness!

If I can do it I KNOW the rest of you can!! Treat yourself (not with food) when you reach set goals. I've lost 15 pounds.. and now have a new digital camera!
