I can't wait to see Enid's youth participate in an effort that will combat the weight of obesity in children. I'm looking forward to seeing Be Fit Kids grow!

Today I weighed in for the Vance biggest loser competition. This is the second year I have participated and I am excited about getting started. The last two competions I realize I didn't really set clear reasonable goals but this time around I am focused and ready to get fit. My goal is 10% for total loss, that adds up to 10lbs. a month and that is a healthy reasonable loss. My goal for this week is 2lbs. One day at a time on my way to health and happiness!

Here is a weight loss idea I had run across on the Internet....I think it is a great idea and hope you do it... For every pound you loose donate one can of food to the food bank in your town. In fact here is my idea.....get on your bike and ride to the food bank to donate the can....now you are getting exercise, helping someone, being green, and making the world a better place.
